420 nm强脉冲光联合中药倒模治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

目的] 观察420 nm强光脉冲光联合中中药倒模治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法] 80 例患者随机分为2组，治疗组420 nm 强光脉冲加本院自制中药面膜粉倒模治疗每周2 次，4 周为1 疗效。对照组仅用中药前倒膜治疗。结果] 采用420 nm 强脉冲光联合中药倒膜有效率96.5%，中药倒膜法组为85%，差异有统计学意义。结论] 420 nm 强脉冲光联合中药倒模治疗寻常性痤疮安全、有效，明显优于比单用中药倒模法，尤其对于炎性皮损的治疗效果显著。

Curative effect observation on combination of traditional Chinese medicine mold and 420 nmintense pulsed light for the treatment of acne vulgaris

Objective] To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine mold and 420 nm intense pulsed light for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods] The 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The method of 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with traditional Chinese medicine mold were used in treatment group, and the control group only used traditional Chinese medicine mold. The method of 420 nm intense pulsed light was used twice a week, then traditional Chinese medicine mold was used once a week, four weeks for a period of treatment. Results] Effective rate was 96.5%in treatment group, and it was 85.0%in control group. There were significant difference between two groups. Conclusion] Combination of traditional Chinese medicine mold and 420 nm intense pulsed light for the treatment of acne vulgaris is safe and effective. It is better than only using the method of traditional Chi-nese medicine mold. The effect is remarkable especially for the treatment of inflammatory skin.
