京万红凝胶剂对大鼠神经变性型糖尿病足的影响

目的] 观察京万红凝胶剂对大鼠神经变性型糖尿病足的影响。方法] 采用神经变性型糖尿病足溃疡模型，观察京万红凝胶剂对模型大鼠的影响。结果] 1）采用京万红凝胶剂、油膏剂，重组人表皮生长因子分别给药，各给药组给药14 d后，给药各组与模型组相比，均有明显的好转。2）各给药组均有改善大鼠神经变性型糖尿足症状的趋势，病灶逐渐减小，炎症逐渐减轻，基本趋于正常。结论] 在该实验条件下，京万红凝胶剂与京万红油膏剂、重组人表皮生长因子具有相同的促进大鼠神经变性型糖尿足病灶愈合的作用。

Effect of Jingwanhong gel on neural degeneration in rats with diabetic foot

Objective] To observe the effect of Jingwanhong gel on neural degeneration in rats with diabetic foot. Methods] We used a model with neural degeneration of diabetic foot ulcer to observe the effect of Jingwanhong gel in the diseased rats. Results] 1)Jingwanhong gel, ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor were administered separately. Fourteen days later, the disease was better in the treatment groups compared with model group significantly. 2)The treatment group had improved neural degeneration in rats with type 2 diabetes foot symptoms. Lesions were gradually decreased. Inflammation was reduced gradually. The pathologic change was tended to normal. Conclusion] Under the condition of this experiment, Jingwanhong gel and Jingwanhong ointment, recombinant human epidermal growth factor have the same effect in promoting the healing of rat neural degeneration and diabetic foot lesions.
