| 摘 要： | 药物双硫仑样反应是由于应用药物（如头孢菌素类药物）后饮用含有酒精的饮品(或接触酒精)，导致体内“乙醛蓄积”而引起的不适反应或中毒反应，主要表现为面部潮红、头痛、腹痛、出汗、心悸、呼吸困难等症状，甚至诱发休克或死亡。本文通过对药物双硫仑样反应文献进行汇总分析，对发生的原因进行研究探讨，提出预防和治疗药物双硫仑样反应的对策。

| Abstract: | Disulfuram-like reaction is a kind of discomfort or poisoning reaction which arises when alcohol is administered concomitant with the other drugs like cephalosporins,causing by accumulation of acetaldehyde, mainly shows facial flushing, headache, abdominal pain, sweating, palpitations, shortness of breath and other symptoms, and even induces shock or death.This article summarized and analyzed drug disulfiram-like reactions, and also investigated research on the causes,put forward some countermeasures for prevention and treatment of drug disulfiram-like reactions. |
