穿刺冲洗治疗急鼻渊的中药干预临床疗效观察

目的] 上颌窦穿刺冲洗治疗急鼻渊的中药干预临床疗效观察。方法] 66 例急鼻渊患者随机分为试验组和对照组各33 例，两组均行上颌窦穿刺冲洗后给予试验组中药汤剂治疗，给予对照组口服抗生素治疗，疗程为2 周。结果] 试验组与对照组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论] 上颌窦穿刺冲洗治疗急鼻渊中药干预具有疗效优势。

Clinical effect observation on the patients with acute nasosinusitis treated by antro-puncture and irrigation as well as TCMintervene

Objective] Treat the patients of acute nasosinusitis with TCM intervene,specifically with antro-puncture and irrigation, then observed the curative effect. Methods] Totally 66 cases of acute nasosinusitis were divided randomly into the treatment group with 33 cases and control group with another 33 cases. After antro-puncture and irrigation were given to both group, and the TCM decoction was added to the treatment group with antibiotics to control group. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. Results] The total effective rate of TCM treatment group and antibiotics control group was 93.94% and 78.79% respectively. The curative effect of TCM experiment group was su-perior to that of the control group P<0.01. Conclusion] TCM intervention can significantly improve the curative effect for the patients with acute nasosinusitis.
