90例住院病人大株红景天注射液合理用药分析

【】:目的 通过对我院使用大株红景天注射剂住院病人的姓名、年龄、诊断、用法用量、合并用药情况等进行统计、分析并判别其合理性,为临床合理使用大株红景天注射剂提供参考。方法 通过中心药房HIS调取我院1-4月份使用大株红景天注射剂病人,然后通过医生工作站对本院使用大株红景天注射剂病人姓名、性别、年龄、诊断、用法用量、数量、合并用药等采用列表分析的方法进行统计,结合药品说明书和诊断等情况对大株红景天注射剂用药情况进行分析。结论 我院大株红景天注射剂用药基本合理,部分存在适应症不适宜、剂量过小、疗程不合适、费用较高,需加强管理。
