77例抗感染药物静脉滴注引起不良反应/事件病例分析

摘    要:摘要:目的 分析抗感染药物静脉滴注引起不良反应/事件的各种因素,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法 对我院2010年1月~2011年12月77例抗感染静脉滴注引起药品不良反应/事件病例进行统计分析。结果 77例不良事件涉及药物55个品规,发生不良反应/事件的原因涉及单次给药剂量过大、药物浓度过高、滴注速度过快、配伍不合理、患者既往药物过敏史不详等;发生不良事件最短时间为5 min,而31~40 min有45例(58.4%);临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主。结论 抗感染药物静脉滴注时应严格按照药品的说明书给药,加强药学监护,针对引起不良反应/事件的因素应采取相应的预防措施.

Abstract:objective to analyze cause anti-infective drugs venous transfusion reactions/events, all kinds of factors for clinical safety, to provide the reference for the rational use of drugs. Methods the clinical data from January 2010 to December 2011 invited clinical pharmacists consultation of 77 cases of anti-infective venous transfusion adverse drug reaction/event cases were statistically analyzed. Results 77 cases of adverse reactions/events involving drugs 55 product gauge, produce adverse event in the cause of the single drug dose too big, drug concentration is too high, too fast, drip infusion compatibility is not reasonable, patients before drug allergy history inquiry is unknown; Occurred adverse reaction/event the shortest time for 5 minutes, and then to forty minutes have 45 cases (58.4%) occurred symptoms, it is adverse reaction/event the important stage; Clinical manifestations of skin and its accessories damage to give priority to. Conclusion anti-infective drugs vein infusion should be in strict accordance with the drug instructions to medicine, clinical pharmacists should be immediate attention vein with anti-infective drugs pharmaceutical care, according to cause adverse reactions/event factors take corresponding prevention measures, reduce the incidence of aderse eents infusion.
