血府逐瘀胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤血瘀证临床疗效观察

目的] 探讨血府逐瘀胶囊活血化瘀治法治疗恶性肿瘤血瘀证的临床效果。方法] 共72例经组织学证实的恶性肿瘤患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例，治疗组患者口服血府逐瘀胶囊，每日2次，每次6粒（2.4 g），28 d为1个疗程，对照组：单纯对症支持治疗。治疗前后对比分析血瘀中医证候各项指标的疗效指数。结果] 治疗后治疗组血瘀中医证候各项指标的疗效指数：刺痛或痛有定处为3.3±1.5，舌质紫暗舌体瘀斑瘀点为3.3±1.6，脉涩或无脉为3.2±1.4，肌肤甲错为3.8±1.7，机体麻木或偏瘫为3.3±1.4，善忘为3.1±1.4;较之对照组（分别为4.2±1.5、4.3±1.7、4.2±1.6、5.6±2.3、4.0±1.6、4.3±1.7）均有明显降低（P<0.05）.结论] 血府逐瘀胶囊可有效缓解恶性肿瘤气滞血瘀证患者的中医证候。

Treating blood stasis syndrome in patients with malignant cancer by Xuefu Zhuyu capsule

Objective] To study the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on the blood stasis syndrome in patients with malignant cancer by the traditional Chinese treatment method of activating blood circulation and removing stasis. Methods] The 72 patients suffered from histologically proven malignant cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases for each group. Patients in treatment group received Xuefu Zhuyu capsule, 2.4 g, twice a day for 28 days while received supportive treatment in control group. The efficacy indexes of the Chinese traditional treatment method of activating blood circulation and removing stasis were compared before and after treatment. Results] The each curative parameters of TCM syndrome of blood stasis were follow: the efficacy indexes of stitch or pain, having a given place were 3.3 ± 1.5. Dark purple tongue with ecchymosis or petechiae was 3.3 ± 1.6. Uneven pulse or no pulse was 3.2 ± 1.4. Squamous and dry skin was 3.8 ± 1.7. Body numbness or hemiplegia was 3.3 ± 1.4 and forgetfulness was 3.1 ± 1.4 in treatment group, which were statistically lower than that in control group (4.2±1.5, 4.3±1.7, 4.2±1.6, 5.6±2.3, 4.0±1.6 and 4.3±1.7 respectively) after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu capsule can effectively alleviate traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with malignant cancer.
