振阳救心汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

[目的]观察振阳救心汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将216例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为3组,所有入选病例均常规服用利尿剂、硝酸酯类及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。A组同时加用振阳救心汤。B组予振阳救心汤,另加用地高辛(0.25 mg/片,杭州民生药厂生产,批号040216)0.125 mg/次,1次/d口服。C组予地高辛0.125 mg/次,1次/d口服。3组均连续治疗4周。[结果]3组改善心功能总有效率分别为88.89%、94.44%、86.11%。临床症状总有效率分别为:91.67%、97.22%、86.11%。[结论]振阳救心汤对缓解慢性充血性心力衰竭临床症状、改善心功能作用显著。且在改变血液流变学、C-反应蛋白(CRP)方面具有明显作用。符合慢性充血性心力衰竭的现代治疗理念

Clinical research on Zhenyangjiuxin Decoction in treating chronic congestive heart failure

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhenyangjiuxin decoction in chronic congestive heart failure.[Methods] Two hundred and twenty-six cases with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into three groups.All the patients were treated with Diuretics,Nitrate preparations and ACEI.Group A patients were treated by Chinese herbs Zhenyangjiuxin decoction;Group B patients were treated by Zhengyangjiuxin decoction and Digoxin;Group C patients were treated by Digoxin.All the groups were treated for 4 weeks as one course of treatment.[Results] In three groups the total efficiency improvement of cardiac function was 88.89%,94.44%,86.11% respectively.The total clinical effective rate was 91.67%,97.22%,86.11%.[Conclusion] Zhenyangjiuxin decoction may obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic congestive heart failure and improve cardiac function.The change in blood rheology,CRP had a significant improvement.The effect was more consistent with the concept of modern treatment in treating chronic congestive heart failure.
