葛根黄豆甙元研磨混合物体外溶出研究

摘    要:分别用微晶纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、乳糖和淀粉为辅料制备了葛根黄豆甙元研磨混合物及胶囊,休外溶出实验结果表明:研磨混合物能显著提高葛根黄豆甙元的溶出速度,其中以孔糖为辅料的研磨混合物溶出最为显著。在较大湿度和一定温度(RH 75%,40℃)下放置两周后,研磨混合物仍很稳定。

Abstract:The dissolution rate of Daidzein in artificial fluids (pH 1.2) was remarkably increased by milling it together with MCC,HPC, lactose or starch, among which lactose was the best one.All of the milling mixture were stable under the condition of RH 75% and 40℃ for two weeks.
