流感与心血管事件关系的研究进展

流感病毒引起的肺炎通过多种机制对心血管系统造成影响。尽管传统上认为它是一种以呼吸困难和低氧血症为特征的肺部疾病，但最近的研究表明，在各种流感大流行中，心血管事件的死亡率超过了所有其他原因1]。虽然接种流感疫苗已被推荐作为心血管疾病的二级预防措施，但目前流感对心血管系统的作用机制尚不明确，疫苗在预防心血管事件方面的获益证据不充分。因此，本文将对流感与心血管事件的研究进展进行文献综述。

Research Progress on the relationship between Influenza and Cardiovascular events

Pneumonia caused by influenza virus affects the cardiovascular system through a variety of mechanisms. Although it is traditionally considered to be a lung disease characterized by dyspnea and hypoxemia, recent studies have shown that the mortality rate of cardiovascular events exceeds all other causes in various influenza pandemics1]. Although influenza vaccination has been recommended as a secondary preventive measure of cardiovascular disease, the mechanism of influenza on cardiovascular system is not clear, and there is insufficient evidence for the benefit of influenza vaccine in the prevention of cardiovascular events. Therefore, this paper will review the research progress of influenza and cardiovascular events.
