基于作者贡献声明的科研人员学术影响力评价框架研究

目前科研人员学术影响力的评价方法存在“权利归属于个人”“缺乏区分度”等问题。分析了学术影响力评价的关键指标,提出了从作者贡献声明角度探讨科研人员学术影响力评价的框架,从“科研人员-文献”网络的构建、文献重要性及作者贡献权重计算、科研人员重要性及其合作系数确定、科研人员学术影响力评价优化模型4个方面探讨了如何利用科研人员学术影响力的评价框架进行科研人员学术影响力分析,为人才评价提供方法和策略。

Framework for assessing academic impact power of scientific researchers based on author contribution statement

The problems of "right to individuals" and "lack of distinquishability" are existed in current framework for assessing the academic impact power of scientific researchers. The key indexes for assessing the academic impact power of scientific researchers were analyzed. The framework for assessing the academic impact power of scientific researchers was proposed from the angle of author distribution statement and was used in studying the academic impact power of scientific researcher in development of "scientific researcher - literature" network, importance of literature and calculation of author distribution weight, determination of researchers'' importance and their coope-ration coefficient, optimization of the model for assessing the academic impact power of scientific researchers in order to provide the methods and strategies for assessing the talented professionals.
