| 摘 要： | 对全国31所省级公共图书馆新冠肺炎疫情期间应急服务基本情况进行了调查，从制度管理、人员管理、文献管理、社会救助、防疫信息和专题活动6方面对调查结果进行了分析，对突发公共卫生事件下省级公共图书馆应急服务模式进行了总结，对当前省级公共图书馆应急服务存在的问题和相应优化策略进行了探讨，以期为省级公共图书馆完善应急服务提供参考。

| Abstract: | The emergency service in 31 domestic provincial public libraries during the COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic was investigated and analyzed in aspects of its system management, personal management, literature management, social distance, epidemic prevention information and special activities. The emergency service patterns for emergency public health events were summarized. The problems in emergency service and the strategies for optimizing emergency service for emergency public health events were studied in order to provide reference for provincial public libraries to improve their emergency service for emergency public health events. |
