摘    要:目前对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的看法已经发生了深刻的变化。认为动脉粥样硬化不再单单是脂质沉积异常,而是全身炎症性反应,其中有炎症因子及免疫细胞的参与。炎症机制在动脉粥样硬化的形成、发展中具有重要作用,最终导致缺血性心肌损伤。本文就近年有关冠状动脉粥样硬化及其所致的缺血性心肌损伤相关炎症机制的研究进展作简要概述。

Abstract:At present, the perception of atherosclerosis (AS) has undergone profound changes. It is believed that atherosclerosis is no longer simply an abnormal lipid deposition, but a systemic inflammatory response, which includes the participation of inflammatory factors and immune cells. Inflammatory mechanisms play an important role in the formation and development of atherosclerosis,eventually lead to ischaemic myocardial Injury. This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of coronary atherosclerosis and ischaemic myocardial injury-related inflammatory mechanisms in recent years.
