经导管主动脉瓣置换术并发症的研究进展

经导管主动脉瓣置换术（transcatheter??aortic?valve replacement，TAVR）主要用于治疗高危而无法行外科瓣膜置换术的主动脉脉瓣狭窄患者，相较于外科开胸治疗该术式具有创伤小、风险低、住院时间短等优点，近几年其适应范围也逐渐扩大。虽然该术式在临床上广泛应用，但其并发症如冠脉阻塞、脑血管事件、瓣周漏、心律失常、急性肾损伤以及在二叶式主动脉瓣中的应用等问题仍需要特别关注。本文主要探讨了经导管主动脉置换术并发症的发生率、预测性评估指标、预防措施以及在二叶式主动脉瓣中的应用，以期增强临床医务工作者对TAVR术式的认识。

Research progress on complications of transcatheter aortic valve replacement

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is mainly used to treat high-risk patients with aortic stenosis who cannot undergo surgical valve replacement. Compared with surgical thoracotomy, this procedure has the advantages of less trauma, lower risk, and shorter hospital stay. In recent years, its scope of adaptation has gradually expanded.Although this procedure is widely used in clinical practice, its complications such as coronary occlusion, cerebrovascular events, paravalvular leakage, arrhythmia, acute kidney injury, and its application in the bicuspid aortic valve still require special attention. This article mainly discusses the incidence of complications of transcatheter aortic replacement, predictive evaluation indicators, preventive measures, and the application in the bicuspid aortic valve, in order to enhance clinical medical workers'' understanding of TAVR.
