益气通脑汤治疗气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死35例疗效观察

目的研究益气通脑汤对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效，探讨其对患者外周血液流变学及血脂指标的影响。方法选取临床确诊的急性脑梗死患者70例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规内科基本治疗，治疗组患者还同时给益气通脑汤，均治疗14d为1个疗程，共计2个疗程。分别观察组患者治疗后的中医症状积分疗效的变化，同时对两组患者治疗前后血液流变学及血脂指标进行比较。结果经28d治疗后，治疗组中医症状疗效总有效率为65．71％，高于对照组的31．43％（P〈0．05），治疗组患者血液流变学及血脂指标水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后改善明显（P〈0．05）。结论益气通脑汤对急性脑梗死患者有较好的疗效，治疗作用机制可能与其增加脑血流量、保护血管内皮作用有关。

Clinical Observation of Yiqi Tongnao Decoction for Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongnao decoction（YTD） on patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods Seventy ACI patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were given conventional treatment, patients in treatment group were given YTD. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptom scores, hemorheology, and blood lipid indexes in two groups were compared pre- and post- treatment. Results After treatment for 28 days,the total clinical effective rate was 65.71% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（31.43% ,P〈0.05）. The signs and symptoms, rheology, and indexes of blood lipid in treatment group were signifi cantly improved compared with that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion YTD was effective for acute cerebral infarction patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Its mechanism might be related to the increase of cerebral blood flow, vascular endothe lial protective effect.
