不同药物治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效比较

目的探讨妈富隆与米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效及其对体内激素的影响。方法将80例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组患者均行诊刮术，治疗组术后服用妈富隆，对照组术后服用米非司酮，比较两组患者的临床疗效、体内激素水平及不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率为97．5％，高于对照组的87．5％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）疗组的控制出血时间与完全止血时间短于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）治疗组治疗后体内FSH、LH、E，均明显下降（P〈0．05），两组治疗后差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组患者不良反应均较轻微。结论妈富隆用于治疗围绝经期功血有效率高，能使患者体内激素水平下降，不良反应轻微，是临床安全可靠的治疗药物。

Comparative study on therapeutic effects of different drugs treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To explore different clinical efficacy of Marvelon and Mifepriston in treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and their influence to body hormone. Methods 80 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all patients were treated with curettage, the treatment group treated by Marvelon, the control group treated by Mifepriston.The clinical efficacy, the changes of hormone, and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group（87.5%）（P〈 0.05）; the bleeding time of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）, after treatment, the FSH, LH and E2 levels of the treatment group significantly decreased compared with those before treatment and with those of control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion The total clinical effective rate of Marvelon in treatment of perimenopatlsal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is high, which can prompt the declining of hormone level, with no obvious adverse reaction, it is effective, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
