摘    要:目的探讨闭合复位空心钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用闭合复位空心钉治疗的88例股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,观察不同Garden分型患者髋关节恢复情况及预后疗效。结果本次研究中,膝关节功能恢复总优良率为84.09%;骨折愈合率为96.59%;不同Garden分型患者膝关节功能恢复优良率及骨折愈合率比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折损伤小,固定牢靠,手术方便快捷,骨折愈合率高,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods The clinical data on 88 patients with femoral neck fracture who had been treated with closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation were retro- spectively analyzed. Functional restoration of the hip joint in the patients with different types of fracture prognosis, and efficacy of the procedurae were observed. Results The total satisfaction rate for functional restoration was up to 82.95%. The total fracture healing rate was 96.59%. And there were no significant differences in the total satisfaction rate for functional restoration and the fracture healing rate among the patients with different Garden classification ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation for femoral neck fracture is less invasive and easy and convenient to apply, and has firm fixation and a higher healing rate. It is worth popularizing clinically.
