消化内科老年住院病人护理安全隐患及对策研究

目的研究分析消化内科老年住院病人的护理安全隐患，并观察安全护理的实施效果。方法将2010年2月至2012年2月消化内科130例老年住院病人随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予安全护理。观察对比两组患者住院期间不良事件发生率、患者满意度。结果实验组患者住院期间发生不良事件2例，低于对照组的11例，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论老年消化内科住院患者的不安全因素较多，我院的安全护理措施具有较好的效果。

Potential safety hazards of nursing care in elderly hospitalized patients in the department of digestive diseases and the strategies for the hazards

Objective To explore and analyze potential safety hazards of nursing care in elderly hospitalized patients in the department of digestive diseases, and to observe the effect of implementation of safe care. Methods 130 elderly patients who had been treated during the period of February 2010 to February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional care, while the study group received safe care. Patient satisfaction and the incidence rate of adverse events were observed and then compared between the two groups during hospitalization. Results The incidence rate of adverse events was lower in the study group than in the control group （ 2 patients vs. 11 patients, P〈 0.05 ）, with a significant statistical difference. Conclusions There are many unsafety factors in elderly hospitalized patients in in the department of digestive diseases. Safe care in our hospital has a better effect.
