凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床分析

目的探讨凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法我院2006年1月至2010年11月共收治上消化道大出血患者212例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组106例。治疗组采用凝血酶与奥美拉唑联合治疗的方法，对照组患者采用奥美拉唑，两组常规止血药物使用方法相同。结果治疗组有98例在3天内止血，对照组68例3天内止血，两组治疗有效率分别为92．5％（98／106）和63．2％（69／106），两组治疗有效率比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；平均止血时间分别为（29．51±6．23）h、（43．79±10．25）h，两组平均止血时间比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论奥美拉唑联用凝血酶用于上消化道出血的治疗，较单用奥美拉唑具有更好的治疗效果。

Thrombin in combination with omeprazole for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To explore the curative effect of thrombin in combination with omeprazole for upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 212 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage hospitalized into our hospital from January, 2006 to November, 2010 were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group, 106 for each group. Therapeutic group were treat with thrombin and omeprazole, and control group with omeprazole. The same conventional hemostatic agents were used on both groups. Results Within 3 days, 98 patients stopped bleeding in therapeutic group, and 68 in control group. The curative rate was 92.5% （ 98/106 ） in therapeutic group and was 63.2% （ 69/106 ） in control group, with a significant difference（ P〈 0.01 ）. The average hemorrhage healing time was （29.51 ± 6.23） h in therapeutic group and was （43.79 ± 10.25） h in control group respectively, with significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Omeprazole in combination with thrombin for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage had better curative effect than omeprazole alone.
