强心通脉颗粒联合贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗慢性左心衰疗效观察

目的探讨强心通脉颗粒联合贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗慢性左心衰患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年4月至2012年4月于我院就诊的80例慢性左心衰患者,随机分为实验组40人和对照组40人,对照组采用贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用强心通脉颗粒。结果两组患者均取得了显著疗效。两组治疗前中医证候总积分、心衰积分和心功能相比无明显差异（P〉0．05）,实验组治疗后的治疗指标均优于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论强心通脉颗粒联合贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗慢性左心衰患者可以显著改善患者心衰症状和体征,全面增强心功能,适合临床长期推广应用。

Clinical observation of strong heart arteries particles combined with benazepril and metoprolol in treatment of chronic left heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of strong heart arteries particles combined with benazepril and metopmlol in treatment of chronic left heart failure. Methods From April 2011to April 2012, 80 patients with chronic left heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Control group with 40 cases used benazepril combined with metopmlol and test group with 40 cases used strong heart arteries particles on basis of control group. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndromes,heart failure points and heart function （P〉 0.05）.These indicators of test group after treatment were better than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The use of strong heart arteries particles combined with benazepril and metoprolol in treatment of chronic left heart failure can significandy improve the signs and symptoms of heart failure and enhance heart function, which has a significant clinical effect worthy to be popularized.
