老年性白内障患者临床安全性护理分析

目的研究探讨老年性白内障患者临床安全性护理的效果，对其进行分析总结。方法对在2012年1至8月间来我院治疗的200例老年性白内障患者，患者年龄在40．65岁之间，病情程度差异无显著性，具有可分性，对患者进行心理护理，健康教育，饮食护理以及患者治疗白内障手术时的关于手术前、手术后的护理以及出院指导等。结果通过一系列的护理缓解了患者的紧张情绪促进患者积极配合治疗，提高了手术成功率并且无并发症现象产生，患者对于整个治疗过程以及护理都很满意，但是有2例患者由于手术后没有注意休息致使眼睛视力恢复效果不佳。结论老年性白内障患者临床安全性的护理很有必要，全方位的护理可以有效的提高患者的治愈率以及患者满意度，体现以患者为中心的宗旨。

Analysis on effect of clinical safety nursing in treatment for senile cataract patients

Objective To study the effect of clinical safety nursing in treatment for senile cataract patients , and then sum up and analyze the data. Methods From January 2012 to August 2012 in our hospital, 200 cases of senile cataract aged 40-65, with no significant difference degree of illness and being divisible, were given psychological nursing, health education, diet nursing and nursing care before and after surgery care and discharge guidance during cataract surgery, etc. Results Through a series of nursing alleviate the patients＇ tension promoted themselves actively cooperate with treatment, improve the success rate of operation without any complications phenomenon, patients were very satisfied with the whole treatment process and nursing are, except for 2 patients not having recovered their vision after surgery due to not paying attention to rest. Conclusion It＇ s very necessary for the senile cataract patients to have clinical safety nursing, comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve the cure rate and degree of satisfaction of the patients.
