医用皮肤表面缝合器在预防腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染中的临床研究

目的探讨医用皮肤表面缝合器在预防腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染中的临床效果。方法选取2010年8月至2012年4月在我院诊疗的腹部切口为Ⅲ类手术切口的患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组腹部Ⅲ类手术切口采用医用皮肤表面缝合器缝合，对照组采用普通丝线常规缝合，评估治疗效果。结果观察组术后切口感染率为8％，对照组为12％，观察组术后切口感染率低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论医用皮肤表面缝合器在预防腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染中效果比较明显。

Clinical study on infect prevention in the Ⅲ surgical incision with medical skin surface suture device

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the skin surface suture device used in the prevention for Ⅲ surgical incision infection. Methods 100 cases withⅢ surgical incision in our hospital from ＇August 2010 to April 2012 were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group used the skin surface suture device ,while the control group used common silk suture. Results The observation group incision infection rate was 8%, which was lower than that of the control group （12%）, and there was statistical significant difference between them （P〈 0.05） Conclu- sion Using the skin surface suture device in the prevention for Ⅲ surgical incision infection has been proved to be beneficial.
