探讨手术室医院感染的控制及管理

目的探讨手术室医院感染控制及管理的经验，降低医院感染的发生率。方法强化和提高各级人员预防感染管理的意识，加强手术室环境的管理、无菌操作技术的管理、保洁人员管理、感染手术的管理。结果通过各项措施的实施，手术室医院感染得到了控制，从2007至2012年无1例医院感染发生。结论通过加强手术室感染的控制与管理，能够最大限度地控制院内感染的发生，保证和提高医疗护理质量。

Discussion on the control and management countermeasure for nosocomial infection in operating room

Objective To explore the control and management experience of nosocomial infection in operating room, to reduce the incidence of Nosocomial infection. Methods We strengthened and improved staffconsciousness of preventing infection, the management of the operating room environment, the management of aseptic technique, the management of medical dustmen and the management of infectious surgery. Results Through the implementation of the measures, the Nosocomial infection in operating room appeared to be under control, no case encountered Nosocomial infection from 2007 to 2012. Conclusion By strengthening the operating room infection control and management, we get maximum control in Nosocomial infection and improve the quality of medical and nursing care.
