摘    要:聚丙烯酰胺,以hungate滚管法从合聚合物驱污水中分离出一株聚丙烯酰胺降解菌,命名为S10菌株,经生理生化、形态学鉴定为肠杆菌属,革兰氏阳性(G-),短杆状,产硫化氢,兼性厌氧。S10菌株能以聚丙烯酰胺为碳源,在不加碳源的含聚丙烯酰胺的培养基中生长。降解产物经气质联机分析表明,聚合物发生断链生成多种低分子量的化合物。在聚丙烯酰胺浓度为1000mg·L^-1时,10d的降解率为24%,粘度下降40%。环境影响因子试验结果表明,S10菌株降解最佳条件为pH为8.0,温度为40℃,聚丙烯酰胺在较低的浓度,SO42-浓度为600gm·L^-1。
