微波辅助提取槐米中的槲皮素

摘    要:目的优化槐米中槲皮素的提取条件。方法以槐米中槲皮素为指标,用液相色谱法测定,采用正交实验优化实验条件,对比研究了微波辅助提取法(MAE)与普通加热回流和室温浸渍法提取槐米中槲皮素的提取率。结果确定了MAE提取槐米中槲皮素的最佳条件为:粒度60~90目,水分含量为25%,功率350W,萃取时间10min。其提取时间为普通加热回流的1/12倍,室温浸渍法的1/144倍。MAE提取槐米中槲皮素提取率分别比另两种方法提高约65.5%和213.8%。结论MAE不仅提取率高,而且提取时间大大缩短,是槐米中槲皮素快速高效的提取方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting procedure for quercetin from Flos Sophorae immaturus.METHODS The yield of quercetin of microwave assisted extraction (MAE),heating reflux extraction and soaking extraction from Flos Sophorae immaturu were studied. HPLC was used to determine the content of quercetin in extracts. And the orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the conditions of MAE.RESULTS The optimized conditions of MAE were as follows: the sample was 60-90 meshed,with 25% moisture and the power of microwave irradiation was 350 W,with extraction time of 20 min.CONCLUSION MAE is a rapid and efficient extraction technique for Flos Sophorae immaturus.
