70岁以上老年股骨颈骨折病人的康复护理

目的：提高７０ 岁以上老年股骨颈骨折手术病人的生活质量和康复效果。方法：早期采用患肢股四头肌锻炼和踝关节功能锻炼,后期采用下肢关节功能康复器（ＣＰＭ）进行训练,在整个康复过程中针对老年病人的心理特点进行心理护理。结果：病人均持双拐或手杖出院。随访２ 年,２６ 例康复结果判断为优,６ 例为良,优良率达９５．４％ 。结论：老年股骨颈骨折手术病人在科学的康复程序和康复计划指导下,预期的康复目标是可以达到的。

Nursing care for convalescence of the old patients over seventy years old with femur-neck fracture

Objective:To improve the living quality and convalescence result of the aged over seventy with femur-neck under surgical operation.Method:In the earlier stage,the musculus quadriceps femoris of the patient and his function of the ankle joint are to be exercised. In the later stage,the function convalescence machine of lower limb joint (continuous passive motion,CPM)is to be used.Meanwhile,during the whole process,the patient should be nursed in accordance with the psychological characteristics of old people.Result:Patients thus treated were recorded to leave hospital with the help of a walking stick or crutches.During the following two years,the convalescence results of 26 cases were judged exellent and the results of 6 cases were good.Excellence and goodness rate was 95.4%.Conclusion:It is expected that the convalescent goal can be reached when the scientific convalescence procedure and plan guide the aged with femur-neck fracture under surgical operation.
