芪蛭消癥胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病90例

目的观察中药芪蛭消癥胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将早期DN患者90例随机分为2组,对照组予控制血糖、血压等常规治疗;治疗组47例在对照组治疗基础上,加用芪蛭消疒徵胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次。2组均连续治疗2个月为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24h尿蛋白定量(Uprot)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及血液流变学指标的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组UAER、24hUprot、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C及血液流变学指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论芪蛭消癥胶囊治疗早期DN疗效较好,在减少尿蛋白、改善肾功能、血脂及血液流变学状态方面具有重要作用。

The therapeutic effect of Qizhixiaozheng capsule on 90 cases of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qizhixiaozheng capsule on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 90 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups.43 patients in control group were detected and controlled the blood pressure and blood sugar.While 47 in treatment group were,on the basis of control group,treated by Qizhixiaozheng capsule,4 pills each time,3 times a day.The treatment course was 2 months for both groups.To observe the changes of urine albumin excretion rate(UAER),24 hours urine protein(UProt),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterin(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C) and the index of hemorheology as well as the clinical effect.Results There was a significant difference between control group and treatment group in all the figures and index(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P <0.01).Conclusion Qizhixiaozheng capsule has an obvious ther apeutic effect on early diabetic nephropathy and plays an important role in urine albumin reducing,enhancement of renal function,blood fat and hemorheology state.
