| 摘 要： | 为观察糖衡Ⅰ号治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病疗效,120例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者随机分为糖衡Ⅰ号治疗组(80例)和中汇糖脉康对照组(40例),治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果：两组均有明显疗效,其中治疗组在改善症状和降低餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白方面优于对照组。提示糖衡Ⅰ号治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病疗效较好。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Tangheng I Decoction" in the treatment of type 2 diabetes of qi-yin deficiency, 120 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 80 cases were treated with "Tangheng I Decoction" and control group in which 40 cases were treated with "Zhonghuitang Maikang", both with a course of two months. Results: Good effects were obtained in both groups, but the clinical symptoms, blood sugar 2 hours after meal and saccharified hemoglobin improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group. It is suggested that "Tangheng I Decoction" has better effects on type 2 diabetes. |
