生脉注射液治疗冠心病伴高血压的晨间运动后低血压

目的:观察生脉注射液治疗冠心病伴高血压晨间运动后低血压的疗效。方法:41例患者随机分为两组,生脉注射液组21例,每日静滴生脉注射液60ml;多巴胺组20例,每日静滴多巴胺20mg,滴速2mg/(kg·min),疗程2周,均在低血压时段用药,原基础用药不变。在治疗前后及停药1周查动态血压、呼吸困难疲劳指数、头晕指数、心电图等检查。结果:治疗后两组血压上升程度相似,但是生脉注射液组心率轻度下降(P<0.05),ST段下移程度减轻(P<0.05),活动强度、活动速度、活动受限均有改善(P均<0.01),头晕指数好转(P<0.01),停药后疗效仍能维持,而且无明显的不良反应。结论:生脉注射液能改善冠心病伴高血压的晨间运动后低血压及生存质量。

Injection Shen Mei for Hypotension after Morning Exercise in Patient with Coroary Artery Disease and Hypertension

This aim of study was to observe efficacy and safety of injection Shen Mei for hypotension after morning exercise in patient with coronary artery disease and hypertension. Methods: 41 patients with symptomatic hypotension after morning exercise with coronary artery disease and hypertension were randomly divided into injection Shen Mei group (SM injection Shen Mei 60ml/day. intrav. drop. n = 21) or dopamine group (DO. dopamine 20mg/day. intrav. drop. n = 20). AMBG. ECG. dyspnea-fatigue index and syncope index were assessed before randomization, 2 weeks after treatment and one week after withdrawn. Results: Improvement of blood pressure between two groups was same. However, in SM group, heart rate slowde slightly (P<0.05) , depression of ST segment decrease (P<0.05) , dyspnea- fatigue and syncope improved (all p value< 0.01) and its effectiveness continued to maintain one weed after withdrawn without apparent side effect. Conclussions: Injection Shen Mei may improve symptomatic hypotension after morning exercise and quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease and hypertension.
