醒脑开窍针法治疗中风性失语72例疗效观察

目的 观察醒脑开窍针法治疗中风性失语的疗效。方法 对72例中风性失语患者采用醒脑开窍主穴水沟、内关、三阴交配合舌周及舌体上穴位治疗，观察脑出血与脑梗塞、60岁以下与60岁以上、病程6个月以内与7个月以上与疗效的关系。结果与结论 72例中基本治愈8例，显效36例，好转18例，无效10例，总有效率86．11％，提示脑出血性失语预后好于脑梗塞性失语，年龄越大、病程越长恢复越慢。

Observations on the Effect of Acupuncture Method of Inducing Resuscitation in the Treatment of 72 Patients with Apoplectic Aphasia

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation in the treatment of apoplectic aphasia. Methods Seventy two patients with apoplectic aphasia were treated by acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation with GV 26, PC6 and SP6 plus points on the periphery and body of the tongue. Results and ConclusionOf the 72 cases, 8 were basically cured, 36 got a marked effect, 18 improved and 10 got no effect, with a total effective rate of 86.11% . There were significant differences in curative effect between cerebral hemorrhage and infarction, under and over 60 years old, and durations of disease within 6 months and over 7 months (all P <0.01 ), suggesting that the prognosis was better in aphasia due to cerebral hemorrhage than in aphasia due to cerebral infarction and that the older the patient and the longer the duration of disease, the slower the recovery.
