谷红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的观察谷红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择我院2005年95例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成两组,治疗组50例,对照组45例。两组患者均给予脱水剂,脑细胞活化剂等基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予谷红注射液20ml加0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml静滴,1次/d;对照组给予复方丹参20ml静滴,1次/d,两组疗程均为14d。结果两组患者疗效间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗14d后两组患者神经功能缺损评分较前明显下降,但以谷红注射液治疗组下降显著(P<0.01)。结论谷红注射液治疗急性脑梗死是安全有效,使急性脑梗死患者临床症状显著改善。

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Guhong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of guhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Two groups of patients who had acute cerebral infarctions with comparative conditions were randomly divided into a therapeutic group(50cases) and a control group(45cases).The patients of the therapeutic group were given guhong injection 20ml dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml once a day intravenously1and in the control group were given codanshen 20ml in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml once a day.Two groups of patients all had 14days one course of treatment.Results The effective results in the theraprutic group were 92% while those in the control group were 78%,and the nervous function victim comparison has no distinct difference(P>0.05) before cure.The comparison of two groups descent more distinct than before after 14 days cure,but the guhong injection group was more great.The average comparison of two groups has great distinct difference(P<0.01) after treatment.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of guhong injection were obvious in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
