| 摘 要： | 本文采用MTT法，观察白血病细胞林K562、HL60细胞对临床常用的抗癌药物的敏感性反应。实验结果显示，KS62细胞数与A570值之间有很强的相关性；5种抗癌药物对NL60、K562细胞的抑制率均大于30％，提示了MTT法可以作为一种简单、准确的方法用于抗癌药物的体外敏感性检测。

| Abstract: | Chernosensitivity of K562 cell and HL60 cell to the common antitumor drugs was tested with MTT assay. The result shows that thecorrelation between the number of K562 cell and the value of A570 is very good. The inhibition effects of five antitumor drugs on the growth of K562 cell and the HL60 cell are all over than 30%. It indicates that MTT assay is useful for determining the chemosensitivity of tumor cells to antitumor drugs. |
