乳腺癌中HER-2 CD44v6表达及其临床病理意义

目的探讨HER-2与CD44v6表达与乳腺癌的关系,为患者判断预后及选择治疗方案提供参考依据。方法筛选近2年乳腺癌根治标本100例,进行免疫组织化学标记并分析。结果CD44v6的阳性率为81%(81/100);HER-2的阳性率为74%(74/100);CD44v6表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与腋淋巴结转移情况及组织学类型相关(P<0.05),HER-2的阳性表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与腋淋巴结转移相关。结论CD44v6和HER-2与腋淋巴结转移情况相关,CD44v6与组织学类型有关,均可作为判断乳腺癌预后的参考指标。

The expression and clinicopathological significance of HER-2 and CD44v6 in breast cancer

Objective To study the correlation of HER-2 and CD44v6 expression with breast cancer,and provide strong evidence basis for prognostic judgment and selection of treatment in these patients.Method Specimens from 100 cases of radical mastectomy in the past two years were screened using immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate was 81%(81/100) for CD44v6 and 74%(74/100) for HER-2.The expression of CD44v6 was statistically unremarkable in relationship with age of patients,size of tumor and TNM staging(P>0.05),but was correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis and tumor histology(P<0.05).Similarly,while the expression of HER-2 was not related to the age of patients,tumor size and TNM staging(P>0.05),it correlated positively with axillary lymph node invasion.Conclusion CD44v6 and HER-2 correlated with axillary lymph node metastases.Moreover,CD44v6 showed correlation with tumor histology.The both may be regarded as reference indice in judging the prognosis.
