高压氧辅助治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎32例临床观察

目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎(VM)前后心功能、血清肌钙蛋白(CTnI)浓度的变化和临床疗效。方法:将VM患儿63例随机分为HBO组和对照组,在相同综合治疗条件下,HBO组给予高压氧治疗;采用血清CTnI、心功能测定及临床疗效进行评价。结果:治疗后血清CTnI测定值两组均显著降低,且HBO组优于对照组;心功能各项指标恢复HBO组也优于对照组;HBO组32例中治愈25例(78.12%),好转5例(15.63%),无效2例(6.25%),对照组31例中治愈17例(54.84%),好转8例(25.81%),无效6例(19.35%),两组治愈率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧辅助治疗VM能明显提高临床治愈率,促进心功能和CTnI的恢复。

Clinical observation on children with acute viral myocarditis treated with hyperbaric oxygen

Objective: To explore the changes of serum cardiac troponin I (CTnI) level and cardiac function before and after treatment, and the clinical effect of children with acute viral myocarditis(VM) treated with hyperbaric oxygen. Methods: 63 children in-patients of VM in the same term were divided into HBO group and control group, the HBO group took HBO therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. The changes of CTnI level and cardiac function were observed for the two group before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the level before treatment, the level of serum CTnI decreased and the cardiac function obviously ameliorated in two groups; In HBO group the level of serum CTnI and cardiac function significantly improved, there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment; In the HBO group 25 cases were cured,5 effective and 2 ineffective , the curative rate being 78.12%. In the control group, the corresponding values were 17,8,6 and 54.84% respectively, Comparison of the curative rate between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: HBO therapy on the basis of routine treatment is one of the effective methods for treating VM.
