| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:306例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为西医治疗组和中西结合治疗组,每组153例。西医治疗组纯西医治疗,中西结合组用中西结合方法治疗。结果:中西医结合组治疗牙周炎效果优于纯西医组,两组差异有显著性(χ2=8.684,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎价格便宜,可增加疗效,缩短病程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional chinese medicine-west medicine(CM-WM) therapy on chronic periodontitis.Methods 306 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into WM and TCM-WM group,who were treated with western medicine,traditional chinese medicine and combined treatment of chinese medicine and western medicine respectivly.Results The rate of clinical recovery in the group of TCM-WM was significantly higher than those in control group(χ2=8.684,P<0.05).Conclusion It is less expensive to treat chronic periodontitis with combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine,and the therapeutic effects can be increased and the course of disease can be shortened. |
