颈椎前路钛板在颈椎前路手术中的应用

目的评价脊髓型颈椎病、颈椎骨折和颈椎椎体肿瘤前路减压后应用带锁钛板内固定的价值。方法对51例脊髓型颈椎病、46例颈椎骨折、5例颈椎椎体肿瘤患者采用前路减压、自体髂骨植骨和颈椎带锁钛板内固定术。结果随访86例,平均随访时间2.3年,术后3个月植骨块获得骨性融合,颈椎椎间高度和生理曲度维持满意,感觉、肌力明显恢复,钛板及螺钉无松动及断裂现象。结论颈椎前路减压术后应用带锁钛板内固定能促使植骨块融合,有效地维持椎间高度和颈椎生理曲度,有广泛的应用价值。

Application of titanium plate for cervical anterior operation

Objective To evaluate the value of locking titanium plate fixation after anterior decompression in cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM), cervical vertebral fracture with spinal cord injury (CVF) and cervical vertebral tumor. Methods 51cases of CSM, 46cases of CVF and 5 cases of cervical vertebral tumor were treated with anterior decompression and autograft and locking titanium plate fixation. Results 86 cases were followed for an average of 2.3 years. The bone grafts were gained solid bone fusion after 3 months post-operation. All cases were gained satisfactory height of cervical intervertebral space and cervical curve. Sensory and myodynamia of extremity recovered obviously. There were not complications such as titanium plate and serews loosing and breaking. Conclusions The internal fixation with locking titanium plate in anterior decompression operation can significantly promote the fusion of bone graft and effectively maintain the height of intervertrbral space and cervical curve. The locking titanium plates have widely application value in CSM, CVF and cervical vertebral tumor.
