| 摘 要： | 近年，国内期刊关于临床应用纳洛酮治疗急性精中毒的报道很多；我们通过对临床收治急性酒精中毒患者２１７例使用纳洛酮与常规治疗方法的对比，证明以纳洛酮治疗效果确切，值得临床推广使用。
