摘    要:目的 探讨经左桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的安全性和有效性.方法 将463例择期行冠状动脉造影术的患者完全随机分入左桡动脉入路组(231例)和右桡动脉入路组(232例).比较2组患者手术成功率、手术时间、X线透视时间、对比剂用量、单导管技术成功率、血管并发症发生率等.结果 左桡动脉入路组手术成功率98.3%(227/231),右桡动脉入路组手术成功率97.4%(226/232),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组手术时间、X线透视时间、对比剂用量、血管并发症发生率、单导管技术成功率等均相似,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 经左桡动脉入路行冠状动脉造影有着与右桡动脉入路相似的成功率和安全性,左桡动脉入路单导管技术完全可行,并且在头臂干迂曲患者中有优势.

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficiency and safety of coronary angiography (CA) via left radial artery compared with right radial artery approach. Methods All 463 consecutive patients undergoing elective CA were randomized divided into left radial artery group (L-TRA, 231 cases) and right radial artery group (R-TRA, 232 cases). The study endpoints included procedure success rate, procedure duration, fluoroscopy time, consumption of contrast media, success rate of single catheter technique and vascular related complications. Results Both L-TRA and R-TRA group had similarly high procedure success rate 98.3% (227/231) vs 97.4% (226/232) ], and there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Regarding procedure duration, fluoroscopy time, contrast media dosage, success rate of single catheter and vascular complications, two groups had no significant diffrernce (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Left radial artery approach has similar safety and efficiency in terms of performing CA compared to right RA. The single catheter technique is feasible in left RA approach.
