医院高危中药注射剂管理及目录筛选的探讨与研究

目的 分析中药注射剂不良反应现状,为中药高危药品管理提供理论基础.方法 北京军区总医院提出高危中药注射剂概念,并初步对高危中药注射剂目录进行筛选研究.结果 采用信息检索方法,确定高危中药注射剂目录,按照现有高危药品管理模式,对中药注射剂从多方面进行安全管理.结论 将高危药品管理引入到中药领域中,按照高危药品的管理模式从多方面进行安全管理,以确保中药注射剂的安全应用.

Discussion and research on the management of high-risk Chinese medicine injection in hospital

Objective To analyze the status quo of adverse reactions on Chinese medicine injection and to provide evidence for the administration of the high-risk Chinese medicine drug. Methods The General Hospital of Beijing Military Region proposed the concept of high-risk Chinese medicine injection and drew up a catalogue of high-risk traditional Chinese medicine injections. Results We used the information retrieval methods to determine the catalogue according to the existing management＇s mode of high-risk medicines. Conclusion To introduce high- risk drugs to traditional Chinese medicine, according to the management procedure of high-risk drugs, to ensure the safety of application for traditional Chinese medicine injection.
