热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病临床疗效观察

目的 探讨热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病的疗效.方法 将1139例普通型手足口病患儿完全随机分为2组,研究组(519例),对照组(620例),分别采用热毒宁0.6ml/( kg·d)与利巴韦林10～15ml/(kg·d)治疗3～5d,比较2组患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间、治疗时间的差异及转归.结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(98.5％比98.2％);研究组退热时间、皮疹消退时间、治疗时间均少于对照组分别为(1.8±0.6)d比(2.4±0.5)d、(2.6±0.7)d比(3.3±0.6)d、(3.5±0.5)d比(3.9±0.4)d,均P＜0.01].研究组未发现不良反应,对照组有13例一过性白细胞下降.结论 热毒宁治疗儿童手足口病疗效优于利巴韦林,且安全无明显不良反应.

The clinical efficacy of treatment on hand, foot and mouth disease with Reduning

Objective To explore the efficacy of treatment on foot-hand-and-mouth with Reduning. Methods As a randomized controlled study, 1139 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease children were randomly divided into 2 groups. 519 cases were classified as study group, using Reduning for three to five days, 620 cases were classified as control group, using ribavirin for three to five days. The cooling time, rash subside time, the differences of treatment time and outcomes of the two drugs were compared between the two groups. Results The o- verall effective rate of the Reduning group was 98.5%, significantly higher than that of the Ribavirin group （98.2%） ; the fever clearance time of the Reduning group was （ 1.8±0.6） d, significantly less than that of the Ribavirin group （2.4±0.5 ） d （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the rash subsided average of the Reduning group（2.6±0.7 ） d was significantly shorter than that of the Ribavirin group （3.3±0.6）d （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the average duration treatment of the Reduning group was （3.5±0.5 ） d, significantly less than that of the Ribavirin group （ 3.9±0.4） d （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Reduning group had no adverse reactions but the Ribavirin group had 13 cases of transient leukopenia. Conclusions The Reduning is more effective than ribavirin in the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. It is a safe therapy.
