乳腺癌中细胞周期素D1的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)的表达及其与乳腺癌生成发展及预后之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组化染色检测乳腺癌标本中cyclin D1的表达,与相关临床资料进行分析,实验结果用SAS 6.12统计软件,使用“扩展的Mantel-Haenasel统计法”进行分析.结果 年龄≤50岁与>50岁cyclin D1阳性率分别为31例(81.6%)及27例(73.0%),原位癌、导管内癌伴部分浸润、浸润性癌患者cyclin D1的阳性率分别是66.7%,50.0%,81.0%.根据临床分期(TMN分期)0期、Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者的cyclin D1阳性率分别为4例(66.7%),11例(61.1%),25例(80.6%),18例(90.0%);有递增的趋势,且随着临床分期的增加细胞核染色cyclin D1阳性强度增加且差异有统计学意义.cyclin D1在乳腺癌中有高表达,且随乳腺癌的分期进展表达增高,有淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(+)、P53(+)的乳腺癌标本cyclin D1阳性表达率高.结论 cyclin D1的表达与乳腺癌的形成发展及转移浸润有关,淋巴结转移多的乳腺癌cyclin D1表达高.cyclin D1与雌激素受体之间可能有独立作用,cyclin D1和P53可能相互作用共同参与了乳腺癌的形成.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D1 in the specimen of breast cancer and its correlation with pathologic staging, metastases of lymph nodes, estrogen receptor and anti-oneogene p53 in breast cancer. To reveal the relationship between the expression of eyelin D1 mad the generation, development, prognosis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of eyclin D1, estrogen receptor(ER) and P53 was detected through elivision plus immunohistochemical staining method in the breast cancer, and the results were analyzed with correlative clinical information. Results The expression of cyelin D1 was high in breast cancer. It intimately correlated with the metastases of lymph nodes and the expression of estrogen receptor and anti-oncogene p53. Conclusions The expression of cyclin D1 is associated with the generation and development of breast cancer. Separate effect may exist between eyclin D1 and estrogen receptor. Through possible interaction cyelin D1 and antincogene p53 participate together in the generation of breast cancer. Cyclin D1 may become a new predictor marker in the treatment of breast
