头颅亚低温联合奥扎格雷和血塞通治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的 观察头颅亚低温联合奥扎格雷和血塞通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法 将84例急性脑梗死患者完全随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例.治疗组采用头颅亚低温联合奥扎格雷钠注射液80 mg、2次/d静脉滴注和血塞通注射液400 mg、1次/d,对照组采用血塞通注射液400 mg,1次/d静脉滴注,均治疗14 d.比较2组患者的临床疗效、神经功能评分及不良反应情况.结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组95.2％ (40/42)比80.9％(34/42),P＜0.05],2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于治疗前治疗组(10.9±4.1)分比(33.0±4.8)分,对照组(20.0±5.1)分比(32.9±5.0)分,均P＜0.01],治疗后治疗组与对照组相比神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).2组患者均无明显不良反应发生.结论 头颅亚低温联合奥扎格雷和血塞通治疗急性脑梗死疗效好安全.

Curative effect of brain mild hypothermia combined with aozhagelei and Xuesaitong on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the curative effects of brain mild hypothermia combined with aozhage- lei and xuesaitong on acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to treatment group （42 patients） and control group （42 patients）. Brain mild hypothermia was combined with aozhageleina injection 80 nag ＋ saline 250 ml twice a day and xuesaitong 400 mg ＋ saline 250 ml once a day used for intravenous drip for 14 days in the treatment group; xuesaitong 400 mg＋ saline 250 ml were used for intravenous drip once a day for 14 days in the control group. Other measures of symptomatic therapy in both groups were the same. Results The total effective rate of 95.2% in treatment group was significantly superior to that of 80. 9% in control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The score of neurological deficits was significantly decreased in the treatment group after 14 days compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were no obvious side effects in the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of brain mild hypothermia combined with aozhagelei and xuesaitong on acute cerebral infarction is feasible and safe.
