摘    要:目的 考察注射用头孢替唑钠与注射用氯诺昔康在0.9%氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性.方法 在(25±1)℃下,采用高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器测定头孢替唑钠与氯诺昔康配伍后0~6h内的浓度变化,并观察和检测两药配伍液的外观及pH值变化.结果 在室温下配伍液6h内的浓度、pH及外观均无明显变化.结论 室温条件下,注射用头孢替唑钠与注射用氯诺昔康在0.9%氯化钠注射液中6h内保持稳定.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the compatible stability of ceftezole injection and lornoxicam injection in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection. Methods At the room temperature (25 ± 1 ) ℃, the concentrations of ceftezole sodium and lornoxicam in the mixture solution were determined for the first 6 hours by a High-performance liquid chromatography-and diode array detector-based method. The visual appearance and pH value were also monitored. Results No significant differences were found in the content, colour and pH value for the mixed solution determined at different time within 6 hours after mixing at room temperature. Conclusion At room temperature, the ceftezole injection and lornoxicam injection are stable in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection for 6 hours.
