40例抑郁症患者心身症状及抑郁焦虑共病情况调查

目的分析抑郁症患者的心身症状及与焦虑共病情况。方法对40例抑郁症患者进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)和汉密顿抑郁(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑(HAMA)量表评定,将SCL-90得分与中国成人常模比较,对汉密顿量表焦虑、抑郁得分进行分级,分析共病情况。结果 40例抑郁症SCL-90的9个症状因子得分均明显高于常模(t=4.91～9.75,P<0.01),HAMD得分分级:重度29例(72.5%)、轻中度11例(27.5%),HAMA得分分级:中度焦虑3例(7.5%)、有肯定焦虑症状30例(75%)、没有明显焦虑7例(17.5%),抑郁焦虑共病率82.5%。结论抑郁症患者心身症状突出,抑郁焦虑共病率较高。

The Psychosomatic Symptoms and Anxiety Depression Comorbid of 40 Patients with Depression

Objective To analyze the psychosomatic symptoms and anxiety depression comorbid of patients with depression,Methods A total of 40 patients with depression were assessed by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results The scores of nine symptoms factors of SCL-90 were higher in patients with depression than the Chinese adult norm(t=4.91～9.75,P<0.01);The score grading of HAMD :29 case(72.5%)were major,11 cases(27.5%)were mild to moderate,score grading of HAMA:moderate anxiety 3 case(7.5%),positive anxiety 30 case(75%),not positive anxiety 7 case(17.5%),the rate of anxiety depression comorbid was 82.5%.Conclusion Patients with depression has obvious psychosomatic symptoms and higher anxiety depression comorbid.
