| 摘 要： | 目的建立卵磷脂保健品中卵磷脂含量的测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm×5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇:水(84:16)为流动相,检测波长为206nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果卵磷脂在0.01mg/mL~0.1 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 4,卵磷脂平均加样回收率为94.93%,RSD为2.28%(n=9)。结论试验结果表明,本方法可靠性高,准确性和重现性好,适用于保健品卵磷脂胶囊中卵磷脂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective The method HPLC was developed for the determination of phosphatidyl choline in health foods.Method A Hypersil-C18 column(4.6mm×150mm×5μm) was used with a mobile phase being methanol-water(84:16),detecting wave length at 206nm,the flow rate being 1.0ml·min(-1) and the column temperature being 35℃.Result The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01～0.1mg/mL of phosphatidyl choline with a correlation coefficient being 0.9994,the average recovery of the method is 94.93 % and RSD is 2.28 %(n=9).Conclusion The method is reliability and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the quality control of phosphatidyl choline health foods. |
