紫杉醇、顺铂及丝裂霉素对3种人卵巢癌细胞株体外作用的研究

 目的 观察临床常用抗肿瘤药紫杉醇、顺铂和丝裂霉素对3种人卵巢癌细胞株体外生长的影响.方法 采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法,测定紫杉醇、顺铂和丝裂霉素对人卵巢癌细胞株3AO、SKOV3和OVCAR3生长的抑制作用,并与空白组进行对比.结果 药物浓度达到10及100 μmol/L时,紫杉醇、顺铂及丝裂霉素对3种卵巢癌细胞均具有较好的抑制作用;顺铂和丝裂霉素的抑制作用较紫杉醇强(P<0.05).结论 在治疗卵巢癌时可采用不同种类的抗肿瘤药物的联合治疗方法.

Effect of paclitaxel,cisplatin and mitomycin on 3AO,SKOV3 and OVCAR3 in vitro

Objective To study the effect of paclitaxel, cisplatin and mitomycin on three human ovarian cancer cell lines, 3AO, SKOV3 and OVCAR3. Methods By tetrazolium blue （MTT） colorimetriy, the inhibition effect of paclitaxel, cisplatin and mitomycin C on the growth of human ovarian cancer cell line 3AO, SKOV3, and OVCAR3 was determined and compared with the control group. Results At drug concentration of 10 and 100 μmol / L, paclitaxel, cisplatin and mitomycin showed good inhibition effects on the three ovarian cancer ceils, compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; cisplatinum and mitomycin showed stronger inhibition than paclitaxel （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In treatment of ovarian cancer, combined use of different anticancer drugs is efficacious.
