马来丝虫微丝蚴体外培养的研究——在三种培养基中发育到腊肠期蚴

本文报告周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴经含20mM CaCl_2的HBSS缓冲液内人工脱鞘后,在28±1℃下,分别培养于添加有5％小牛血清、2mg/ml葡萄糖和600μg/ml谷胺酰氨三种成份的HamF12、TC199和RPMI 1640培养基中,培养至第10天,其发育至腊肠期蚴的比率,分别为38.9％、37.1％和29.2％。

Development of Microfiiariae of Brugia malayi to the Sausage Form in Three Mediums in Vitro

Microfilariae of Brugia malayi exsheathed by incubating in HBSS of 20mM CaCl2 were cultured in medium Ham F12, TC199, RPMI1640, which were supplemented different components : 5% heat-inactivatedly new born calf serum,2mg/ml glucose,350ng/ml L-cysteine hydrochloride,600ng/ml glutamine. The experiments were all carried out at 28±1℃ for 10 days.The results showed that the microfilariae could develop into sausage stage.The development rates were 38.9%, 37.1% and 29.2% respectively.
