马来丝虫微丝蚴体外培养的研究——在三种培养基中发育到腊肠期蚴

摘    要:本文报告周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴经含20mM CaCl_2的HBSS缓冲液内人工脱鞘后,在28±1℃下,分别培养于添加有5%小牛血清、2mg/ml葡萄糖和600μg/ml谷胺酰氨三种成份的HamF12、TC199和RPMI 1640培养基中,培养至第10天,其发育至腊肠期蚴的比率,分别为38.9%、37.1%和29.2%。

Abstract:Microfilariae of Brugia malayi exsheathed by incubating in HBSS of 20mM CaCl2 were cultured in medium Ham F12, TC199, RPMI1640, which were supplemented different components : 5% heat-inactivatedly new born calf serum,2mg/ml glucose,350ng/ml L-cysteine hydrochloride,600ng/ml glutamine. The experiments were all carried out at 28±1℃ for 10 days.The results showed that the microfilariae could develop into sausage stage.The development rates were 38.9%, 37.1% and 29.2% respectively.
