一次性宫腔组织吸引管宫腔麻醉用于人工流产的临床观察

目的通过观察对比,找到进行人工流产术的最好方法。方法选取60例要求进行人工流产的早孕妇女,根据个人意愿情况,分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用一次性宫腔组织吸引管宫腔麻醉人工流产术,对照组采用传统的人工流产。观察患者的术中疼痛及出血情况、术后并发症。结果观察组术中疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量和术后并发症情况与对照组比较无统计学意义。结论一次性宫腔组织吸引管宫腔麻醉人工流产术较传统的人工流产术减轻疼痛,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of the Application of Disposable Suction Curettage Tube in Artificial Abortion

Objective To find the best way to terminat artificial abortion through comparative observation. Methods Among 60 cases of patients undergoing terminate early pregnancy,30 patients choosing application of disposable suction curettage tube were regarded as observation group,and 30 cases of abortion undergoing traditional surgery were regarded as control group. Efficacy and postoperative pain were evaluated,and postoperative complications were observed. Results The pain degree in observation group was lighter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Others weren＇t statistically significant. Conclusion Using disposable suction curettage tube to terminate early intrauterine pregnancy can relieve oain.
