无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的疗效分析

目的:观察采用无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术对腹股沟疝患者进行手术治疗的效果。方法:2004年1月至2011年1月入住的87例腹股沟疝患者,分为观察组与对照组,观察组52例手术采用无张力疝修补术,对照组35例手术采用传统疝修补术,比较两组患者的手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、应用镇痛药与否、尿潴留、切口感染及复发率等情况。结果:两组患者在手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、应用镇痛药、尿潴留等方面存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无张力疝修补术手术治疗腹股沟疝患者的效果优于传统疝修补术。

Comparison therapeutic effects between tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect between the tension-free hemioplasty and the traditional hernioplasty for hernia.Methods: 87 patients with inguinal hernia treated in the hospital from January 2004 to January 2011 were divided into observe group(52 cases)and control group(35 cases).And then compare their operation time,the bed time of the event,the length of time,application of analgesic drugs or not,complications(urinary retention,infection of incision) and the recurrence rate.Results: The time of operation,the bed time of the event,the length of time,application of analgesic drugs or not,and urinary retention were different between observe group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: It was better to treat hernia with tension-free hemioplasty.
