疤痕子宫中期妊娠引产方法的探讨

目的:探讨疤痕子宫中期妊娠引产的方法。方法:将要求终止妊娠的疤痕子宫中期妊娠的46例孕妇,随机分成两组,观察组26例,给予米非司酮配伍利凡诺和地西泮终止妊娠;对照组20例,仅给予利凡诺终止妊娠。观察引产效果,发动宫缩时间,产程时间及产后情况。结果:观察组的引产有效率为100%,而对照组的引产有效率为75%,两组间差异有统计学意义。观察组腔内注射至宫缩发动时间(23.12±3.8)h,对照组腔内注射至宫缩发动时间(32.43±4.2)h,观察组有3例发生胎盘胎膜残留,无1例发生软产道裂伤,对照组有8例发生胎盘胎膜残留,3例软产道裂伤,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:利凡诺联合米非司酮、地西泮用于疤痕子宫中期妊娠引产是一种较为安全、有效的方法。

The termination of mid-term pregnancy in scarred uteruses

Objective: To explore induction of labor in the mid-term pregnancy of scarred uterus.Methods: 46 cases of pregnant women with scarred uterus in the mid-term pregnancy be required to terminate the pregnancy,were randomly divided into two groups.26 cases were enrolled as experimental group,and were given mifepristone and rivanol and diazepam to terminate the pregnancy.20 cases were only given rivanol as control group.Observe the effect of induction of labor,the time of launching contractions,labor duration and postpartum were observeed.Results: The effective rate was 100% in the experimental group,as an effective rate of 75% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups.The launch time of intraarticular injection of the to the contractions in experimental group was(23.12±3.8)h,while in the control group to the contractions launch time(32.43±4.2)h.There are three observation group,no case of the soft birth canal laceration,the control group,eight cases of placental membranes residue,three cases of the soft birth canal laceration,there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion: Rivanol combined with mifepristone,diazepam used to induction of labor in the mid-term pregnancy of scarred uterus is relatively safty and effective.
